Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of purchase. Our team works quickly to prepare and dispatch all orders so they can be delivered as soon as possible.

During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, or holidays, processing times may occasionally take slightly longer. Rest assured that our team prioritizes all orders and works to dispatch shipments as efficiently as possible.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification, along with tracking details where available.

Shipping Times

Most orders are delivered within 2 business days once processed.

While the majority of deliveries arrive within this timeframe, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, including courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other logistical delays.

Providing accurate delivery details during checkout helps ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery experience.

Shipping Origin

All ORA orders are processed and shipped from Dubai.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, which is clearly displayed during checkout before completing your order.

ORA may offer promotional campaigns that include discounted or complimentary shipping, which will be communicated through our website or marketing channels where applicable.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to modify the shipping address. Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect the shipment from the courier, additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

If a parcel is returned to ORA following failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, we will contact the customer to arrange further instructions.

Customers may choose to have the order re-shipped, in which case the cost of sending the parcel again will apply. If the customer prefers to cancel the order after it has been returned to ORA, a partial refund may be issued, with up to 50% of the order value deducted to recover shipping, packing, and processing costs.

Carrier Responsibilities

While ORA works closely with trusted courier partners to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier operations or circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or appears tampered with during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the package and product showing the damage

Once reviewed, we will investigate the matter with the courier and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
