Subscriptions Policy

Overview

ORA offers a convenient monthly subscription program that allows customers to receive their favorite scents automatically each month without needing to place a new order.

Subscribers receive 40% off their first month, providing an introductory offer to experience ORA at a special price. Beginning with the second month and for all recurring subscription orders thereafter, subscribers receive 10% off the regular product price.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.

By purchasing a subscription, customers authorize ORA to automatically charge the selected payment method for recurring monthly orders until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with this policy.

 

Minimum Subscription Commitment

To access the 40% introductory discount, all subscriptions require a minimum of two billing cycles.

The first order is processed at the 40% discounted introductory price, and the second order is processed at the standard subscription price with a 10% subscriber discount applied.

Subscriptions may only be cancelled after the second subscription order has been successfully processed.

Cancellation requests submitted before the second billing cycle has been completed will not be accepted.

 

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically each month using the payment method provided during checkout.

Each subscription renewal from the second month onward will include a 10% subscriber discount applied to the product price.

Shipping fees apply to each subscription order and will be charged at the applicable flat rate at the time of billing.

Once a subscription order has been processed as part of a billing cycle, the order will be prepared and shipped according to our standard order processing and shipping timelines.

Customers will receive confirmation each time a subscription order is processed.

 

Managing Your Subscription

Customers can manage their subscription at any time through the Subscription Management section available in the header menu of the ORA website.

From this section, customers can:

  • Change the scents they receive for upcoming subscription deliveries
  • Pause their subscription
  • Reschedule upcoming subscription orders
  • Cancel their subscription after the minimum subscription period has been completed
  • Update payment information
  • Add or update shipping addresses

This management portal allows customers to control and customize their subscription experience at any time.

 

Subscription Changes

Changes to scent selections, shipping details, payment information, or scheduling should be made at least 7 days before the next billing date to ensure the update is successfully applied before the order is processed and dispatched from our distribution center.

If a change is made after an order has already been processed, the update may apply to the following subscription cycle.

 

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time after the second subscription order has been completed.

If a subscription order has already been billed or processed at the time a cancellation request is submitted, that order will still be fulfilled and shipped, and the cancellation will apply to future billing cycles.
